Pharmaceutical Sales Manager Vacancy

Ashfield Healthcare currently has a vacancy for a Regional Business Manager to cover Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North East of England.

Our Ashfield team is a successful and well established syndicated team promoting a range of high profile products for leading pharmaceutical companies. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives, working as a key part of our successful and growing organisation

  • To achieve regional sales, activity and budgetary targets and manage the successful implementation of client marketing strategies.
  • To lead and motivate a team through effective field coaching and communication.
  • To recruit, develop and highlight individuals within your team to help fulfil the succession planning requirements of our business.
  • To ensure that the company’s policies and standard operating procedures are adhered to.

  • Good knowledge of NHS structures and environment.
