An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading global food business based in the West Midlands. They are seeking a shopper insights manager for their wider shopper, category & insights team. This is a customer facing role and will be working across a number of customers in various channels.

The role will encompass the following responsibilities:



- Shopper marketing insights creation for development & execution.

- Lead the development of shopper marketing strategies and plans

- Develop relationships & provide strategic direction to agency partners via briefs, plan and creative feedback.

-Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies that meet customer and business growth expectations.

-Partner closely with insights teams to integrate syndicated, proprietary and custom research and analysis.

Previous experience in a consumer insight role is essential ideally from an FMCG business, although candidates will be considered from other consumer industries. A strong analytical nature is essential as well as excellent communication & presentation skills, internally and externally.



This is a brand new, high profile role, part of a large team and career progression opportunities will be available to successful incumbents.
