An Associate Brand Manager position within the OXO team has opened in the UK office in Sheffield with brand responsibly for a broad range of house ware products.



Role Overview

The OXO Associate Brand Manager is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the marketing efforts of the assigned products/brands to support the sales team and the achievement of the brand financial targets. The Associate BM works closely with internal as well as external partners acting as a business proactive interface to drive the product consumer demand as well as the brand awareness and success.



Responsibilities

  • Manage and market the product portfolio in the UK
  • Nurture the brand/s and ensure brand consistency across the category in all communications.
  • Manage the consumer needs analysis and new development of products.
  • Liaise with Product Teams, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support and manage the product portfolio

  • Contribute to the 3-Year Strategic Plan and the annual Marketing Plan for the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with communications agencies to develop campaigns and launch toolkits to support key product introductions.
  • Identify, recommend and co-ordinate needs for market/consumer research.
  • Collect and analyse market and research data to support the management of the product portfolio, the brands and the targeted consumers.
  • Manage competitive intelligence, staying up to date with the competition, their products and activities
  • Plan and manage high impact product launches.
  • Collaborate with, inform and train the Sales team in preparation for and during product launches
  • Coordinate and manage trade and consumer events.

Your profile

You will be a driven and energetic person with a strong sense of ownership. You will need to be a natural team player with the ability to collaborate across cultures.

You should be flexible, able to multitask and to prioritise and have very good organisation, presentation and communication skills.

Technical requirements:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Marketing/ Management Degree or equivalent
  • You will have a minimum of 3 years experience within a marketing related role.
  • Commercial /business acumen, analytical skills and computer literacy (MS Office)
