Job Details
BW Penman are recruiting a truly exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial Sales Director. My client is well known for their high quality and innovative products within the food manufacturing and food service sectors.
Due to a change of organisational design, the business is now looking to appoint a Sales Director to provide strategic leadership to the UK. Reporting to the MD, part of UK leadership team you will have overall responsibility the development and execution of the UK business development, sales and commercial strategy. You will be accountable for a sales portfolio in excess of £300m with a combination of UK & International customers.
Ideally you will come from the food or retail sector, with a proven track record of new customer acquisition, existing customer retention, be results driven with strong communication and negotiation skills. The role will be UK based and will involve international travel.
This would suit a Sales Director or ambitious Account Director looking to shape the future of an innovative food manufacturer.
