Category and Marketing Manager

We are currently working with a large and highly respected fresh food business based in Kent. They are looking to strengthen their Category team, with the appointment of a Category and Marketing Manager. This person will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for providing key insight and consumer led marketing within their specific categories.

The Role:-

-Interpreting sales, promotional and market data, in order to provide the commercial teams with key analysis and consumer insight
-Pulling together customer presentations for the commercial team, focusing on key areas of the range
-Providing clear and concise communication to the broader business, ensuring that opportunities and threats are quickly highlighted
-Will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the delivery and implementation of plans with key customers.

The Candidate:-

-Will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a category/marketing role, ideally within a chilled food environment.
-Will have an effective and efficient presentation style, in order to deliver information in the most concise and understandable way
-Will be able to work as part of a close knit team and understand the value this can add
-Will possess strong analytical and numerical skills
