Market Research Analyst

A great opportunity to join the UK's leading pharmacy-led Health and Beauty retailer as part of their Customer Research & Analysis team.

Be it through qualitative or quantitative research, you'll become an expert in customers, using the information gathered to really get under their skin. This will be achieved through a variety of ad hoc research projects utilising different methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

* Deliver end-to-end customer research - from responding to brief right through to delivery of the results.
* Manage a variety of research projects and agencies, using information to influence a range of trading and marketing decisions.
* Build, maintain and grow networks across the company, suppliers and the wider analytical and research community.
* Drive personal growth through the development of business know-how, commercial acumen and research tools and techniques.

The successful candidate will be comfortable recommending and using different research techniques and methodologies. They'll also have experience in efficiently managing projects or relationships with suppliers or agencies. Strong written and verbal communication roles are essential to your application.
