Senior Commercial Marketing Manager

Working as experts within your category, you will develop and apply a deep understanding of how to market and drive the commercial success of your products and projects globally; planning, leading and executing global projects that will drive commercial product performance, both NPD launches and ‘in-life’ initiatives.

The role takes ownership for providing effective cross-functional and cross-market leadership and coordination for your assigned products/projects.

You’ll collaborate with and pull on the expertise of colleagues in creative, retail, digital, PR, advertising, graphics and packaging, and work with global in-market teams to understand local commercial contexts and influence and execute global strategies.

You will be supported by Commercial Execs, to keep the operational side of projects on time and running fluidly.

This is not just proposition development.  Commercial Managers look at all commercial aspects of their products: ranging, pricing, distribution, promotional strategy etc.

You will have:

  • Experience of confidently leading and inspiring virtual teams
  • Experience of product or brand management
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media
  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Experience working with and managing advertising, PR and promotion agencies
  • Previous hands-on experience of selling and directly interacting with customers a great bonus

You will be:
