Our client is a successful food manufacturer. They are a specialist business manufacturing high quality branded food products for major retailers and foodservice establishments UK wide.

The business is growing and looking to recruit some talent for their commercial team.

The Role

Marketing Assistant

OBJECTIVES

• To maintain, manage and develop all marketing avenues within the business.
• To conduct field based marketing and promotional activites
• Arrange content to sit in line with the branded products
• Commercial awareness
• Understanding and aligning all marketing content through differnet avenues to sit in line under the  brand.

MAIN DAILY OBJECTIVES

• Managing all of marketing avenues;
• Liaising with different customers and clients.
• Editorial and marketing content competiton set ups and any other PR arrangments.
• Managing all digital content avenues apropriately;
  • Website (welsh and english)
  •  FB & Twitter
  • and any other digital areas requested by the copmany. 
• All Advertsing areas
• Exhibition marketing materials.
• Encourage new marketing campaign development.
• Address and plan marketing strategies.
• Own initiative to generate marketing ideas
• Planning and scheduling work plus different tasks competently.
• Work efficienty under preassure
• You will be requested to deliver a monthly report for the board meeting. 

The Candidate

• Degree and or marketing qualifications.

• Interest/passion for food.

• Commercial astuteness.
