Senior E-commerce Manager

Our client, a privately owned company that supply chilled products into retail and foodservice outlets, are seeking an experienced ecommerce manager to manage and develop online strategies, whilst driving sales and improving consumer experiences.

The Role

• Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web
• Implement programs that drive sales and improve customer experience
• Develop monthly plan and achieve profitability targets agreed
• Development of content to improve category
• Work with Customer Services to ensure communication and deliver online initiatives
• Oversee a team of web designers and software developers who create the online transaction system and look of the website.

The Candidate

• MUST HAVE -A minimum of 5 years' Ecommerce experience with a retailer or manufacturer selling directly to the end consumer, with proven capability to drive results.
• MUST HAVE – experience and passion for selling food products
• Sales and marketing planning and forecasting within sales goal and market constraints.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Sales focused and results driven

• £55-£60k + package
