My client is a branded food manufacturer who are looking for a field sales executive across the West Midlands. At the heart of their business is their winning culture and desire to be the best at everything they do and outshine their competition.

Description

The role of the Field Sales Executive is to drive and develop sales volume of my clients branded FMCG food portfolio across the West Midlands.

You will develop sales opportunities through new business accounts and developing incremental business. This should be achieved through range selling across my client's product portfolio.

The successful field sales executive will manage local distributors and national depots in their region to assist in demonstrating New Product Development, training the distributor sales team on the branded proposition and involvement in specific sales development.


Profile

This is a development role into bigger things within my clients organisation so we are looking for high calibre and high potential individuals.

Ideally the successful field sales executive will have previous experience of the FMCG industry although this is not essential. You will have strong influencing and negotiating skills and will be able to build relationships face to face.


Job Offer

£22 000 - £26 000 basic salary, bonus, pension, car
