As National Field Sales Training Manager, it will be your focus to identify the training and development needs within our field team and develop bespoke programmes to meet them. You’ll cover all roles and multiple channels, including grocery and convenience, and take ownership of our ‘PACE Academy’ development programme, designing and delivering modules, planning each session and working closely with mentors to inspire their colleagues.
Immersed in a large, field training environment, you’ll already have a wealth of experience of developing teams at the national level and working hand-in-hand with development academies. We’re looking for a highly credible, engaging and compelling people person who knows the UK retail business and can communicate its needs confidently in presentations, over the phone and one-on-one.
