This Commercial Customer Support position is a great career development role supporting our Tesco customer team in delivering core KPIs.  As Customer Commercial Support specialist reporting to our Customer Development Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for the Tesco buying team, in addition to managing the pricing and promotional administrative cycle right through to invoice approval and reconciliation with Finance.  It'll also mean liaising closely with our own tactical field force, helping them by pulling together data to provide analysis and insight to help us achieve our strategic objectives and outstrip the competition.  Office-based and with significant responsibility and autonomy, you'll manage a complex workload whilst prioritising the numerous needs of internal and external contacts.  Key deliverables as Commercial Customer Support include;

• tracking the execution of new product development
• supporting promotions
• handling price queries
• producing customised data to support activity around customers, trade shows and internal presentations.

For the Commercial Customer Support you will preferably be educated to Degree level and certainly highly numerate, you've really mastered Excel, as well as the rest of the MS office suite.  With some commercial experience within a customer-facing or sales/service-orientated role in FMCG, ideally you've already grasped the principles of data analysis and thrive on working both within a team and independently in a competitive, results-focused environment.  Your other attributes as Commercial Customer Support include:
