Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the commercial performance of a range of products
• Range selection, pricing, promotional strategy
• Management of key trading relationships
• Market analysis
• Working cross functionally with other head office departments

Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

• Highly developed negotiation skills
• Buying / Category Management experience within a retail / wholesale environment
• Previous experience within Foodservice or FMCG products
• Excellent supplier management/development skills
• Significant experience implementing change and new business processes
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen – able to drive sales / margin
