Research Director

Leading a team of 3 and working with the MD, you will oversee all agency functions, including project work, client relations, staff management and business development.

The role:

* Manage a wide variety of agency functions and trend-led research projects.
* Conduct your own projects, namely in qualitative and quantitative market research.
* Leading and mentoring your team of research professionals.
* Oversee all operational aspects of a project, take client briefs, create and execute project plans.
* Providing regular updates for clients and presenting in a clear and concise manner.

The successful candidate will have experience in both qual and quant research. This role will also be client-facing so experience in this area is a must.
