What to expect
 
In this role you will be a senior member of a high performing and motivated sales team.

You will be primarily accountable for a portfolio of independent On & Off Trade outlets a well as High Street National Customers including WH Smiths, Boots & Superdrug.
 
You will drive volume and increase category performance in these outlets through increasing our brand visibility, chilled space, availability and distribution.

You will be strengthening existing relationships and creating new opportunities with retailers. 
 
You will have the opportunity to work closely with Wholesalers, Key Account teams and National Accounts to develop new business through Business Plans, as well as managing investment to support the growth of these customers.
 
Qualifications
 
What we expect of you

  • Winning, developing and maintaining a profitable soft drink volume as per targets within all outlets within a defined territory
  • Identify win & develop new business within your territory
  • Leverage tools to ensure return on investment to CCE 
  • Add value to our customers through applying category principles and developing strategies to drive profitable soft drinks growth
  • Working with Wholesale team and Business Development Manager to ensure local regional wholesalers support CCE activity agreed nationally.
  • Managing a complex route to market to drive distribution through local, regional and national wholesale.
  • Identify and develop key accounts groups and new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Drive bespoke brand equity through working with the brand team and creative agencies 
  • Work with your assigned telephone account manager to grow and develop your territory.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate passion and energy for sales and have relevant experience in an FMCG environment.

You will have proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and will demonstrate the initiative to develop bespoke creative solutions.

You will be commercially astute with the ability to take ownership and accountability of results.
 
Essentials:

Computer literate to include PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Full Drivers License
Eligible to work in the UK
