The Company: A company in the DIY/Builders market who have provided quality products and associated joinery, for over 20 years, to the most prestigious names in the DIY sector and to Builders Merchants, Timber Merchants and Independent Door Retailers across the UK.
Job Description: Looking for a Specification Sales Manager to cover London, there are two positions available one to cover North of the Thames (NW, NE, WC, EC, W, SW) and one to cover South of the Thames (SW,SE). Selling into Architects, Designers, Contractors, Developers and House Builders growing business and bringing on new accounts.
The Person: The ideal candidate will possess direct sales experience, and be confident and experienced in selling to Architects, Designers, Contractors Developers and House Builders in a specification sales role. You must be able to demonstrate sustainable sales growth in a previous sales role. Also essential is a high level of self motivation, resilience and determination, as well as excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills. A strong relationship builder who is customer focused, enthusiastic, hungry for success and ambitious, with the ability to sell themselves. An ability to prioritise their own workload and work independently whilst also working in conjunction with a team.
The Benefits: The salary package ranges between £40,000 - £45,000 negotiable plus bonus. There is also a company car, death in service benefit, pension scheme, company credit card, laptop & phone with 22 days holiday rising to 25 days with each year of service.
