At Arla, we do so much more than make some of the world's favourite dairy products. We make healthy taste delicious, mornings worth getting up for and family dinners unforgettable. Cravendale®, Anchor®, Lurpak® and Tickler® - names like these make us a vital, natural part of modern life in over 100 countries around the world. We are 4,000 UK and 19,000 global employees at the heart of it. Every single one of us plays an important role and together we build on our 10bn Euros turnover and establish our position as one of the largest dairy companies in the world.

We are currently looking to recruit an Insight Manager to work with internal clients across the Commercial Team. The key focus is to turn insight in to action, managing research projects from start to finish and using data from a range of sources to create value adding and actionable insights.

Working with the marketing team primarily, you will ensure that we have winning consumer and shopper insights to provide direction for Arla. Key responsibilities within this role will include the management of research projects and agencies, owning the Arla Community Panel and taking responsibility for the development and delivery of Macro Trends. You will also have involvement in internal and retailer insight days representing the voice of the consumer and shopper and facilitating the day's activities. Other responsibilities include the management of budget and timings for each project and ensuring that the correct partner to work with is chosen.

You will need to demonstrate an understanding of research methodologies to help enable the correct outcome based on project objectives. You will work and share learnings with the Insight Team and the wider business helping to build Arla's knowledge and understanding.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for understanding the shopper and consumer and ideally you would have some research experience whether that be at an agency, client side or implementation of research findings. Ideally you would have been involved in using and understanding data (continuous, qualitative, quantitative etc) to develop rounded insights which lead to commercial action. Good communication and influencing skills are essential for this position along with the ability to work well with others as part of a team. You will be self motivated and have a real focus on driving results.

In return you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to work for a forward thinking, global organisation.
