Our client is a global food manufacturing business with multiple sites across the UK. As a result of an exciting period of growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced brand manager into a key new role.



As brand manager you will manage multiple brands, including challenger brands owned by the organisation and licensed brands. You will define the future of licenced growth opportunities for the business which will include
  • Contract re-negotiation's and new negotiations
  • Signing and managing NDA's
  • Moving the brands on and re-developing them
  • Approaching new and relevant brands to come into the portfolio
  • Ensuring that the brands that we have are making money
  • Presentations to the internal sales teams on brand strategy
  • Presenting to retailers
  • Presenting to new and existing licence holders
  • Attending the relevant trade shows and brand summits
  • Monitoring performance and share of our branded portfolio
  • In conjunction with the account teams, taking responsibility for a promotional brand strategy
  • Owning the process of licenced branded development from concept to consumption




The preferred candidate will be a degree qualified (or equivalent) experienced Brand Manager with a broad knowledge of the food industry. You will have an expert knowledge of presentations, critical path management, negotiation, brand planning. Licensing experience is desirable but not essential.
