Implementation Manager

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract - Full Time

Location: Nottingham

Salary Range:  c£22,000 p.a. experience dependent

Benefits: Company car OR car allowance and pension

Following the ongoing success of Elevate’s relationship with Bargain Booze, we are delighted to be partnering Bargain Booze with the launch of a high profile business initiative.  Bargain Booze, owned by Conviviality Retail Plc, is the UKs largest franchised off-licence and convenience chain with franchisee-operated stores through England and Wales with Bargain Booze being the most prominent brand within their facia portfolio.

The role will involve working for Elevate on behalf of Bargain Booze, supporting their Space Optimisation/Refits and New Store opening programme, the purpose of which is to manage regional store specific projects to challenging deadlines and oversee the merchandising teams.  It will necessitate working with franchisees in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders and supplier partners to enhance the store layout product range in line with corporate plans; ensure high standards of display and planograms.

If you are seeking the opportunity to ‘make a difference’ in a field-based work environment and you have an aptitude for attention to detail, can exhibit good planning, organisation and motivational skills whilst working to tight deadlines, this could be the challenge that you are looking for.

The hours of work reflect the nature of this role and whilst your core hours will be 37.5 hours per week, we are looking for an individual who has the flexibility to work hours appropriate for the job role and function.  Depending on the location of the store that you are working on, it may be necessary for you to accommodate overnight stays.

It is a requirement of this role that you have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, ideally with experience of the convenience retail environment and hold a full, clean driving licence.  Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
