My client are a family owned organisation which has been established over 25 years and turns over c. £25m. The business has an enviable reputation for delivering high class chilled and frozen products with unbeatable customer service. Having invested hugely into factory expansion and new facilities, they are in a strong position to win new business across all channels. Due to growth, they are looking to add a National Account Controller to the team.

This is a newly created, senior role that will be highly rewarding. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative, growth focused Commercial strategy in line with company objectives. You will develop, lead and manage all commercial and sales activities of the business and develop a team of Account Manager and NPD Chefs in their respective account base in order to meet targets for retention, growth and profitability.

To be considered for this exciting new role, you must have a proven track record of success within a food manufacturing business. You must be highly commercial, with a good understanding of the retail channel. You must be ready to take on a high profile, leadership role within a fast paced environment and have a passion for the food industry in this highly innovative business.
