<p>From humble beginnings in 1986, <em>Nespresso</em> has evolved into one of the most successful and fastest growing businesses within the portioned coffee industry.&nbsp;</p> <p>Since 2010, in-store demonstration agency iD has implemented an iconic Ambassador programme for <em>Nespresso</em>, with 165 trained Ambassadors representing the brand within department stores across the UK and Ireland.&nbsp; Due to the success of the programme, iD now has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Ambassador Manager to join their team working on behalf of the brand reporting into the Account Director at iD Agency.</p> <p>This role requires a competent leader to coach, manage and motivate a team of Ambassadors within London and the South East of the Country, with a key focus on enhancing the in-store customer experience and hitting relevant team targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of the <em>Nespresso</em> Ambassador Programme and play a significant role in the future success of the <em>Nespresso</em> brand.</p> <p>1.&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES <strong><u>Recruitment and Induction</u></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Working alongside iD Agency to recruit new Ambassadors</li> <li>Conduct face to face interviews and attending assessment days</li> <li>Support store introductions and orientation</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>On-going training and Ambassador Development</u></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Deliver a three day <em>Nespresso</em> Trilogy” training course for all new Core Ambassadors</li> <li>Implement Performance Plans</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Completion of quarterly performance reviews</li> <li>Mentoring &amp; motivation</li> <li>Validation of sales data &amp; reporting</li> <li>Supporting your Ambassador to negotiate prime site in store</li> </ul> <p>Development:</p> <ul> <li>Provide on-going coaching and training to create a high performance culture within your team</li> <li>Analysis of Ambassador mystery shop results</li> <li>Build a tactical plan around areas of concern</li> <li>Attendance and training at regional conferences</li> <li>Develop relationships with store representatives and the <em>Nespresso</em> Sales team</li> </ul> <p>2.&nbsp;PERSON SPECIFICATION</p> <p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong></p> <p>Essential</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of man management experience</li> <li>Coaching and communication skills</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently</li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure</li> <li>Strict time management</li> <li>Highly organised and efficient operator - strong admin &amp; implementation skills are a must</li> <li>PC Skills</li> </ul> <p>Desirable</p> <ul> <li>Problem identification and solving</li> <li>Experience of working within the retail sector</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Attitude </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative</li> <li>Motivational</li> <li>Personable team player</li> <li>Happy to go the “extra mile” at peak and busy times and be willing to work outside of activity hours</li> <li>Creative and passionate about ideas and business in general</li> <li>Be flexible and able to adapt to change</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Knowledge </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Commercial and brand awareness</li> <li>Competitor knowledge</li> <li>Understanding of basic HR processes</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Mandatories</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Full clean driver’s licence (Company Car Provided)</li> <li>Available to work Wednesday to Sunday (flexible)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>If you're interested in being considered for this role, please respond directly to this email and a member of the team will be in touch.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>iD</p>
