European Innovation Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Innovation Manager to join a leading global FMCG business working on some of the world's most prestigious brands.

The key responsibilities will be to lead the development of concepts, design and communications for new brand launches as well as proven brands into new markets. You will manage agencies to bring to life some of the most exciting new product launches around for a portfolio of brands that are steeped in heritage. As this role works across a portfolio of brands you will also lead the development of multi-innovation projects at once.

To apply for this role you will display the following:

• Graduate calibre ideally with qualifications in marketing.
• Innovation experience with a desire to see brands brought to life for consumers across Europe.
• Strong intellect and leadership with the ability to effectively influence and inspire.
• Entrepreneurial outlook to identify new opportunities.
• Meticulous project management and commercial grounding to ensure delivery of plans.
• A strong commercial understanding of the business required to deliver the performance ambitions, you will make sure all projects deliver to target.
• Experience of working as part of a global team
