THE COMPANY: With the backing of a $1.5billion Group, excellent brands and 30% growth in their emerging categories this business is in good shape. They also have plenty of challenges and opportunities and that’s what you are looking for. In their more mature markets trading is tough and an intelligent, creative approach is need. But as a branded consumer goods business with strong brands and a pipeline of NPD they have a challenging but exciting future.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Their Global CEO has shared his inspiring vision and they have invested further in Marketing, brand building and an innovative programme of New Product Development. The UK Sales Director has grasped this vision and in a flat UK structure has tackled issues head on to increase margins and profit. He is now looking for a first class Senior National Account Manager to take full responsibility for his two biggest customers, Boots and Argos. Phase one of their transformation is in place and you will now shape and deliver phases two and three. This will involve working closely with your customers to design and implement new strategic joint business plans. This client works in competitive categories however the combination of their brands, financial backing and your FMCG skills and experience will create a winning combination.

ABOUT YOU: You are a bright graduate and have worked for leading branded FMCG companies. You know what good looks like and have delivered sales and profit growth in tough categories. You have managed Top 4 Grocery Accounts or other leading Retailers. You are comfortable presenting strategic plans and also like getting your hands dirty implementing and activating in-store. You are a winner, with strong interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership when facing problems. You now want to work for a company which will give you commercial autonomy and maximise your potential.
