The Role

Shopper & Consumer Insight Manager is a highly visible role for the business and as such comes with the responsibility and exposure to match. The successful candidate will champion the value of insight across the business, using insight data to make strategic decisions for the business - ensuring the customer's voice is always heard. You will liaise with both the Marketing and Trading teams to carry out post activity analysis and feed insights in the agenda for future activations to make improvements and learn methodologies.

The Person

Cultural fit will be fundamental to the success within the team. A pleasant, dynamic, team focused, can do approach runs through the business and you must be able to operate in this environment whilst balancing this with the ability to work alone. Despite the level of accountability in the role there is scope for someone on the upward curve as long as you have experience using category data to drive actionable insights.
