Focus on developing go to market selling strategies including:
-Low value account selling
-Geographic challenging territory management
-Warranty selling over the telephone
-WebEx selling and other remote selling techniques and technology

Description
Key responsibilities:
-Selling branded products, with a focus targeting accounts not currently covered by the field based Account Managers
-New business development and customer satisfaction responsibilities
-This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to explore different ways of selling products to the NHS and private healthcare providers, gaining personal experiences and development that will support future career aspirations in sales and marketing
-Proactively engage with customer over the phone to promote branded products
-Delivering target sales for a defined set of accounts, applying account management principles
-Identify and execute ways to expand usage of branded products with existing users
-Engage with new technology as part of the selling strategy
-Bring in new ideas to influence how the team sell remotely to the NHS
Profile
The ideal candidate will be confident to engage over the phone and communicate with passion. Must embrace new technology, innovation, new ideas and wish to develop new skills whilst delivering exceptional results.
Key skills:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Well organised and numerate with interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to establish and grow customer relationships over the telephone and over WebEx
-Committed team player who is self motivated
-Persuasive and mature approach
-Potential to develop
-Positive approach to problem solving - solution orientated
Education/Experience
-Experience of sales, customer-facing or telesales
-Degree educated (desirable)
Job Offer
Basic salary of £18-23K, quarterly bonus of £1500 (paid upon achieving targets) + generous benefits package
