High Street TV (Group Ltd.) (HSTV) is one of the UK’s market-leading multi-channel retailers using Direct Response TV (DRTV) as its main driving force. With three 24-hour channels, and one of the largest purchasers of third party teleshopping airtime in the UK, HSTV’s successful product portfolio includes Nutribullet - the biggest selling “As Seen on TV” product in DRTV history.

HSTV trades with over 30 Blue Chip UK retailers, where many of their products are best in category or even best in company.

Due to expanding retail accounts, HSTV now require experienced Retail Account Managers to join the team to manage and grow sales across existing retail accounts. The successful role holders would achieve this through excellent customer relationship management and effective sales and marketing strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To manage a number of specific retail accounts - including negotiation to deliver agreed commercial objectives.
  • Achieve fiscal targets for sales revenue, volume and gross margin.
  • Achieve qualitative performance targets around customer service levels.
  • Create a development plan by account to incorporate forecasts based on business and marketing plans.
  • Create, develop and deliver promotional campaigns with individual retail accounts that are consistent with their business and marketing activities.
  • Collate market place information to feed into the business planning process.
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates of performance against targets and forecasts, identifying key trends and specific account information.
  • Communicate with the other internal divisions to ensure your account requirements are being met.  These will include operations and marketing in particular.


Requirements to be considered for this exceptional opportunity:

  • Experience in Retail sales - 5 years.
  • Numerate as well as solid general business understanding.
  • Must be organised to be able to plan and execute sales and account management processes.
  • Must be impactful with delivering solutions and results.
  • Must have exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work with autonomy, yet be able to communicate to a high standard.


Package: Competitive salary dependant on experience with generous bonus structure, company car or car allowance, company mobile phone + laptop and pension.

Location: This role will involve being based at our office in Harrogate, however will also involve regular travel.
