Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Trainer within the highly recognisable Silent Night Group.
The Business
Operating out of various locations across the UK, the Silent Night Group focuses on the manufacturer and distribution of a number of branded and private label Consumer Durable products to the UK retail sector. Holding strong presence within the categories it operates within; the business seeks to add to its expanding commercial team through the appointment of a highly customer-focused Retail Sales Trainer.
The Role
Now seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to train retail store staff, groups and individuals to assist our National Accounts Team in maximising sales of Silentnight Group’s portfolio of market leading brands. You will be expected to manage a defined geographical area and a flexing call file including major high street bed specialists such as Bensons for Beds, Dreams etc. whilst meeting the expectations and targets of the business. Initially coming in to the business on a maternity cover basis, industry-leading development and long-term opportunities will be provided following great commitment and success.
The Individual
You will be able to present experience within a similar function previously. Combined with an excellent self-starting attitude, an ability to present and proactively endorse Silent Night brands and products is essential.
