My client are leading players in the ambient foods category, creating delicious licensed and own label products enjoyed by millions of consumers every year. Operating across three manufacturing sites in the UK and one in Ireland, they employ around 800 people and strive to create a fast paced, fun working environment. As a business, they supply all the large retailers and export to France, Australia, Japan and the USA. Due to the growth of the M&S account, they have created a new role for a Senior National Account Manager.

As Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for £47m worth of M&S business across the own label products. You will be expected to grow and develop this account and work alongside the General Manager to maximise profit. Your tasks will include management of forecast and overall accountability for the stock, understanding customer requirements, day to day management of the set customer base and maintaining systems for pricing and promotions including the updating cots of matrixes.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have experience with one of the premium retailers, preferably M&S. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have a proven track record of growing profitability in an FMCG food business. It is essential you are in a commuting distance to London as this is where the majority of your time will be spent.
