National Accounts Manager
Location: Telford / Field Based

On our way to becoming the leading dairy product producer in the UK and Ireland, we're determined to grow even bigger in the Multiple Retail Channel. As the National Sales Manager for key accounts in this area you'll play a vital and visible part in our success.
Your challenge
Reporting straight to the sector Sales Controller, you'll develop and manage accounts to agreed volume, budget and profit targets.
You will:
* Be accountable for the management and development of £100m+ GSV Account.
* Be responsible for executing and driving the business growth agenda within the account base.
* Fully utilise the Financial Controlling resource to maintain necessary budgeted controls and deliver targeted contribution
* Support the internal and external business tender process.
* Drive the Muller Wiseman agenda with key stakeholders across businesses.
* Develop cross functional trade relationships at all levels.
* Be a key member of the Multiple Retail Channel Team.
Key skills & experience
We're looking for a true team player and a first class negotiator with excellent communication skills and the ability to sell and influence at a senior level. Highly organised, and of graduate calibre, you'll be ambitious to build business for both Müller Wiseman and the customer. You'll require a flair for processing information and breaking down problems into simple and effective solutions that can be easily understood by people of all levels.
You must also have:
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Strong financial ability and a natural with numbers
* A highly polished and professional approach, operating with integrity.
* Ability to multi-task in a highly pressurised environment
* PC literacy
