To ensure we deliver our vision, to become the “most dynamic, creative and admired soft drinks company in the world” we’re currently looking to strengthen our Strategic Marketing & Innovation function by appointing an accomplished Global Marketing Manager who will shape and own the global category vision for Fruit Shoot Brand.

As the No.1 Kids FMCG Brand in the UK, and our most successful global brand, Fruit Shoot is of huge strategic importance to us, and we’re looking to fully explore and understand the brand today, and identify paths for growth in the future across both new and mature markets.   As Global Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering world class marketing programmes that drive sustainable growth in mature and developing markets as well as assisting the Global Category Director of Kids and Family with the strategic evaluation and launch into new markets

Experience Required
     * Proven ability to drive a global brand led agenda within a business, resulting in brand equity growth and top and bottom line business growth
     * Proven marketing track record within operational and P+L accountable leadership positions; including strategic analysis, product development, brand positioning, communications, sponsorship, advertising campaign development and media planning and buying.
     * Strong knowledge of global category management and its application
     * Evidence of strong conceptual thinking/innovation - a track record of generating new ideas/concepts that challenge traditional frontiers of thought.
     * Proven track record in collaborative leadership, which builds strong relationships across businesses

Qualifications
     * Degree level qualification in Marketing or related subject
     * Professional marketing qualifications desirable
