Continue to grow with us as a Senior Category Manager within our UK Sales team.

Learn with us whilst providing a full Category Management service for key accounts, developing actionable insight to sell and implementing customer specific

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? 

In your role as Senior Category Manager, you will work with an energetic business team to and provide valuable contribution to:

  • Create, develop and drive a best in class category management service within specific customers to increase sales and achieve customer business targets 
  • Create and execute insight lead customer initiatives to grow Category and Kellogg's
  • Plan, lead and flawlessly execute range updates and range reviews in line with Kellogg's and customer objectives
  • Lead and execute the format fixture strategy within your customers focused on segmentation, flow, brand blocking and multi-location product sitings.
  • Customer level reporting and analysis to identify insight that drives business performance
  • Provide input into Kellogg's internal innovation process resulting in the development of a customer specific sell in story for innovation and successfully implementation in line with distribution targets
  • Manage portfolio within your customer to drive category and Kellogg's sales (NPD and tail management)
  • Identify customer contact matrix and develop best in class category relationships to unlock category opportunities (external reporting and regular customer visits)

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Category Management, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required

  • FMCG experience to include experience of Category Management
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate to insight and actions
  • Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills with a proven record of delivery

Preferred

  • Sales experience within an FMCG environment

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

There will be periods of time where you will be required to travel and stay away from home, specifically during range review times.

This role requires someone with an immense passion and enthusiasm to develop their commercial career.
