Company

An exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager has developed with a market leading supplier of branded Over-the-counter pharmaceutical products. Their instantly recognised products cover various categories. The business has a strong presence across the Grocery Multiples, Pharmacy and Wholesale channels. They are currently looking to expand one of their branded ranges in the grocery channel and as a result are seeking a National Account Manager to join their team.

Role

As a National Account Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the business within one of the top 4 grocery multiples. Reporting into the Sales Director, your tasks will include accurate forecasting, managing promotional activity, managing profitability and identifying and taking advantage of the numerous opportunities that exists within each customer account. Whilst this is a home based role you will spend at least one day a month at your customers head office and that of the brand owner.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of successfully managing retail customers at either Executive or NAM level.  Top 4 Grocery multiple experience is desire but not essential as my client will considered 2nd tier experience.  Experience with a branded product is a must.  You will be a high achiever with a commercial mind and a proven history of increasing sales and opening new trading relationships. My client is looking for ambitious team players who are hungry to succeed and progress their careers.
