 About the Role:

The role will be across the children's confectionary category and seasonal products. These two areas are part of a huge innovation strategy and the retailers are responding extremely well to the plans put in place. Seasonal alone had a 15% uplift last year, and the Category as a whole in the business has doubled to be worth £94M in a 2 year period.

You will create, develop and become a leader in the UK category team, continuing to grow the category share and dominate the market place, reaffirming number 1 position in all categories. This role involves a direct report of a Category Account Executive so perfect for those wanting to cut their teeth and get man management on their CV. The Category Manager will be assisted by a world class Category, Marketing and National Accounts team with a real family feel environment - all pulling together to succeed in the clear 5 year strategy plan.

About You:

Graduate calibre FMCGers on the upward curve, with previous experience of category management and multiple data resource. You will need to want to roll your sleeves up, push the boundaries with your team and line managers to drive the business forward.

Also be ready to have a few drinks in the pub on a sunny afternoon as team building time is paramount!
