SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

The Role
We’re looking for a sales and marketing professional to manage Red Tractor brand relations with both existing and potential stakeholders, including food and beverage manufacturers, retailers and foodservice operators.
The role will involve the continued development of robust relationships across these sectors, as well as helping to develop annual business and marketing activity plans.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will also be able to deliver brand growth and identify new business opportunities.
The right candidate will have:
- At least five years FMCG sales and marketing experience
- Demonstrable success in developing accounts (ideally with at least one major UK grocery retailer)
- Interest in food and drink
- Excellent organisational skills and experience in driving new business
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential new licensed Red Tractor logo users
- Identify eligible Red Tractor products and persuade trade customers to apply the logo on packaging or menus
- Optimise use of the brand in supporting marketing materials
- Integrate the brand’s national consumer facing activities into trade communications
