Employed by RSS a strategic partner Of Weetabix Food Company you will be working exclusively on Brands like Weetabix, ReadyBrek, Oatibix, Alpen, Weetabix Chocolate, Weetabix Mini’s and new Alpen Porridge.

These roles are all about developing the Weetabix in-store proposition within the top 4 grocery multiples.
Managing a defined region, you will take responsibility for the fixture and look at maximising brand availability and gaining new space and opportunity for the Weetabix brands.
You will need to be great with people, a strong communicator, as the key to your success will be to develop strong working relationships at all levels in store, leveraging those relationships with sound commercial advice and recommendations.
We will give you the freedom and autonomy to get on with things, whilst at the same time giving you all the support you need to excel in your role.
Ideally you will have a minimum of two years field sales or retail experience, preferably in the grocery sector, but not essential.
As you would expect working with leading grocery brands you will require a high level of professionalism and tenacity and be looking to develop your skills to the highest level.
