A key deliverable within the role is identifying new sales opportunities by channel and country and developing joint plans with the distributors to deliver maximised profitability and category growth.

You will communicate and influence Distributors to understand their business models, research requirements and develop the opportunity to deliver incremental business.

You will also assess the whole brands product range available to Distributors and work with the Sales Director, Marketing, R&D and other teams to ensure the company continues to meet the customer’s current and future needs.

MUST HAVE!

The Ideal Candidate

Will have an established career history from within an Export/International Sales role where you have demonstrated achieving and sustaining profitable sales growth.  You will also have experience of managing a distributor model as well as how to plan and drive the agenda and build business relationships.

You will have advanced sales and negotiation skills whilst maintaining a strong business acumen and customer focus. You will have advanced planning and organisational skills and be a strong team player working across multiple functions internally and externally in a professional and positive manner.
