Summary

International FMCG company manufacturing some of the much loved food brands are looking to appoint a National Account Manager to look after Co-Op account.
The key objective of the role is to profitably grow the business between the Company and Co-Op. whilst building a relationship which enables the rapport between both companies to be developed to withstand pure market pressure.

Description

Some of the operational objectives for a National Account Manager - Co-Op are outlined below:

*Develop and manage a JBP relationship with Co-Op, ensuring it delivers Company's objectives and KPI's.
*Forecast volumes by SKU's on a monthly rolling basis, driving budgeted objectives.
*Develop new opportunities for additional incremental profitable business.
*Manage and control the NPD launch in the Accounts in line with the support from Category and Marketing Departments.
*Manage and control the pricing of the products and ranges through the Financial and Marketing Departments, delivering a profitable result for the company, whilst achieving the customer requirements.
*Report on the weekly financial performance of the account to the business, on volume, profit and realisation.




Profile

A successful candidate is likely to have experience at NAM level already, preferably managing a top 6 grocery retail multiple or major convenience customers, with exposure to brands, P&L and joint business planning. Ideal to have managed Co-Op directly, however more importantly you need to have proven experience of developing successful relationships with customers.
Branded Food / Chilled experience / NPD would be an added benefit but not essential.

This is a home based role with Head Office based in Surrey, therefore South East or North West location is preferred.
