I am looking for a Business Unit Leader for an amazing brand building company who not only advise on strategy for some of the biggest companies in the world, but also implement that strategy!

The company has an amazing autonomous culture where decision making is encouraged, and progression is constant!

Key Responsibilities:

- Create strategy and design campaigns for major clients of the company.

- Lead a team to recommend and implement strategy for clients.

- Be the key contact for clients of the business, and build strong relationships.

- Leading internal and external projects.

Key Experience/Skills Needed:

- You will be in a people management position within a research agency or a Senior NAM/Category Manager at a blue-chip multinational company.

- Successful man management experience is essential.

- Degree educated at a recognised institution.

- Ability to identify client needs and opportunities to advise and implement effective strategy.

- Ability to lead by example and train direct and indirect reports successfully.
