We are seeking a high flying Senior Marketing Manager to develop exciting marketing strategies to deliver profitable and sustainable long-term growth. As a key member of the Senior Management Team you will play a critical role in achieving our market position goal in the premium chocolates sector and our growth targets in EMEA. Your key responsibilities will involve leading 7 direct reports across the Innovation, Visual Merchandising and Ecommerce teams to shape the brand activation strategy & implementation program across multichannel domestic markets and multi geographic scope within EMEA. This will involve identifying what drives sales to contribute to EMEA Multichannel strategy, shaping the product portfolio and elevating the shopping experience in order to deliver profitable and sustainable long-term growth.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with strong retail and brand experience, currently in a Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager position with a focus on driving sales within the EMEA region. They will have a proven track record of taking strategic responsibility for the UK and international market for a premium led consumer brand. The ability to speak additional languages is hugely advantageous. They will have people management experience with the capability to develop strong relationships at all levels and hold a genuine passion for luxury trends. Strong organisational and planning skills, with an excellent balance of strategic thinking and operational execution are key attributes to be successful in this position. You will also be highly commercial and creative and will have exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
