The company is headquartered in North Carolina, USA, with manufacturing facilities in Missouri USA, Sweden and the United Kingdom.  The Company is represented in over 60 countries globally and has over 1100 employees. The business is made up of individual brands with specific areas of expertise and market focus, all of which are leaders in the markets in which they serve.

They are now looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to be part of the global marketing team.  The person in this role will manage be responsible for coordinating and leading marketing activities to drive sales or various product ranges across Europe, Middle East and Africa in support of the EMEA marketing strategy, including:

• Annual marketing planning and execution
• Content development across digital and publishing
• Business Analysis of in-market performance and post analysis of marketing initiatives to determine effectiveness and influencing future plans
• Organisational development of the marketing department based on the principles of the company

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional marketing professional who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves with experience in marketing with a tangible product within any market. Degree educated in Marketing or a related field with experience in “best in class” consumer or commercial products. Excellent copywriting skills and a strong eye for effective communication is essential as well as strong verbal and writing skills. Along with the creating of marketing materials it is also essential that you have the ability to proofread marketing communications materials. This is a fast paced, multi-faceted role and as a result the successful candidate must have the ability to prioritise their time and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Travel outside of the UK is expected although this will be infrequent.
