Brand Manager

Lily's Kitchen is one of the fastest growing brands in the pet food category. Based in North London, the company produces a range of organic and natural pet foods for cats and dogs across a number of trade sectors. Lily's Kitchen was set up in November 2008 and has become the challenger brand in a category dominated by multinational FMCGs.

Lily's are looking for a person with a real passion for cats to join the team and become the ambassador for all our delicious wholesome cat food recipes and treats!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Championing our cat portfolio and communications internally and externally
• Developing the cat food marketing plans and apportioning budget to activities
• Project managing brand marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Being a continual source of new ideas that can bring our brand to life and also be practically delivered
• Coming up with new product ideas based on consumer insight
• Portfolio management for our cat food brands
• Contributing to the longer term marketing strategy
• Analysing the effectiveness of all marketing spend
• Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with our agencies and media partners
• Coordinating with our external agencies across brand, design, PR, and web activities
• Working on projects within packaging, PoS, adverts, social media, trade shows and PR
• Working closely with marketing, sales, digital as well as the MD

What we would like from you:

• A real passionate and enthusiastic personality with a true love for cats
• Strong experience from a premium food/drink/consumer goods company
• Knowledge of leading all marketing activities
• A creative thinker able to bring great ideas to life
• Experience of managing external agencies
• A head for numbers, and able to analyse marketing performance
• Ability to think strategically, taking complex issues and addressing them step by step
