Paul Nyman Consultancy are working in partnership with Jacksons Bakery to recruit a National Accounts Controller to join their commercial team at their office in Hull.

The Role
As National Accounts Controller you will be charged with fully managing and growing Jacksons retail accounts. The role will be supported by one or more direct reports and will work closely with require you to operate cross-functionally with NPD, Category & Marketing to deliver success. The ability to accurately forecast and ensure a successful supply chain will be an integral facet to the role.
The Person
You will have experience of operating in a senior commercial position or equivalent on one or more of the grocery MULTS and have a proven record of developing and executing JBP’s. Whilst you will have showed a natural progression throughout your career, you will also be able to demonstrate loyalty to your employers. As an individual you will be a determined team-player who is able to work effectively alongside an office team, whilst possessing the ability to pass on your experience and act as a mentor to junior members of the team . Longer term you will possess the attitude and aptitude to push on to higher levels of the commercial ladder.
