Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently working with a large chilled food manufacture based in the East Midlands to recruit a Commercial Manager on their M&S account.

The Business

Our client has an exciting Commercial opportunity to work with M&S in a partnership driven relationship where NPD and new ideas are at the forefront of their business plan. As a business our client has a strong reputation for colleague development and training and their commitment to quality extends to their products.

The Role

As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for our clients M&S account, a key strategic piece of business in their long term strategy. You will operate cross functionally with NPD and category in order to deliver exciting new products which will drive the account. Given the nature of the customer, a big focus will be on developing the relationship with M&S to ensure a long term partnership formed.

The Person

You will have experience operating as a National Account Manager or Commercial Manager across a major grocery account. M&S or Waitrose experience would be desirable but not essential. You could be looking to step-up to a commercial managers role or alternatively be looking to diversify your existing experience by adding M&S to your CV. Most importantly you will embrace the M&S way of working and be able to build strong, enduring relationships.
