Our client is a values led FMCG business with an instantly recognisable brand and market and category leading products.

As Retail Development Regional Manager for the North you will lead the retail development teams across all retail channels. You will be tasked with delivering flawless execution of the customer unit plans to deliver category growth and increased share of sales. You will also lead the activation agenda ensuring the commercial plans are outlet focussed and simple to execute.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Development you will lead a team of Area Managers across multiple channels and will be responsible for leading, coaching, developing and performance managing the team. As such, the role requires an individual with exceptional coaching skills in addition to commercial expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess significant sales experience that includes a thorough understanding of front line selling, gained in an FMCG Field Sales leadership role. You will be an excellent coach with a strong track record of managing people in a commercial environment.
