REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (NORTH EAST).

Our client is a Global Food manufacturer, with every product under our client’s portfolio of products stands for and represents high quality. THE ROLE
As the successful Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing sales of the businesses products throughout the UK food service market engaging with a portfolio of national/ regional wholesalers, regional and national accounts. You will also work closely with the senior management team to implement strategy the short/mid and long term account strategy. A large part of the role will include coaching, motivating, training and leading our customers in their knowledge of our clients products, including their features and benefits to allow them to sell our products to a highly successful standard. As the Regional Account Manager you will also identify new business opportunities across your portfolio of existing accounts and as to agreed new business targets.

As the successful Regional Account Manager you will:

  • Ideally be available to start week commencing 6th July.
  • Have between 5-10 years sales experience in food/drink FMCG with at least 2 years in account management.
  • Be a natural hunter, have a track record of results.
  • Be a true team player, have solid commercial skills developed through training, have first class IT skills.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are well self disciplined in planning and account management.
  • Ideally be degree educated.
     

In return, you will benefit from a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, along with a company car and 25 days holiday.
