A leader in Global insights, my client help shape the category vision for a number of the UK's best loved brands, unleashing their potential and helping them win on shelf level. As Global Account Director, you will manage the relationship of the UK's biggest retailers, consulting on Category & Insight strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Leadership of the international expansion of the retailer relationship.
*Integral to designing and delivering our growth delivered strategy for the retailer.
*Negotiation of new contracts and commercial terms.
*Take responsibility for successful management of the P&L.
*Delivering accurately against budget; revenue tracking and forecasting.
*A strong advocate of providing true consultative Insights, fostering high quality client partnerships, backed up by delivering best in class solutions and demonstrating a thorough understanding of consultative selling

Desired Skills & Experience

*Extensive experience working with an FMCG Category OR National Accounts focus, either Agency or Client Side. Experience in retail buying will also be considered.
*A natural at developing and nurturing senior business relationships, and influencing decisions at a board room level.
*Have an established network of contacts at Senior level within the retail industry.
*A strong track record of creating sales strategy, managing business plans and associated P&L.
*Proven results in driving top-line revenue growth and delivering agreed margins.
*Strong influencer and negotiator with excellent understanding of financial models, contracts and service management.
*An expert in developing actionable insights from Data (IRI/Kantar/Nielsen/Dunnhumby)
