Do you want to work with an invigorating product portfolio and be part of business who have very recently just raised the bar significantly? We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our clients business at a fantastic time and play a major part in their journey.

As a business that is still relatively new to the industry they have achieved significant growth targets and the future forecasts are certainly very bright. They currently operate in a category very much in the limelight and are rivalling some very big manufacturers in the industry.

As a National Account Manager in this autonomous and entrepreneurial spirited business you will be responsible for driving existing relationships through relationship enhancement and developing ever more lucrative JPB’s for both parties. You will also drive new business initiatives through NPD projects. Due to the category you will need to be forward thinking, spotting opportunities for innovation and maintaining a high level of insight into the category and competitor developments.

Reporting into the Sales Director you will play an integral part of the commercial team, offering significant exposure to senior management, all of whom have an impressive background in the FMCG industry. Combining the businesses cumulative knowledge and a fantastic product range this role really offers an opportunity to be part of a category transformation and success story.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a very hands on approach with a real passion for NPD. You will need to have a strong desire to succeed, excellent data skills and attention to detail. You will need to be proactive, with top communication/presentation skills and the ability to manage multi-function projects. Due to expansion plans the business are keen to explore backgrounds within grocery retail/high street/wholesale/convenience.
