Field Sales Representative

Permanent position

Basic £20k +bonus (OTE £30k+)

Location various but will be Southern/Midlands or South Wales based dependent upon the right candidate

The job

As a Field Sales rep within the FMCG (food and non-food) industry you will be responsible for calling on independent convenience stores, forecourts and CTN outlets. Your role will be to build upon an existing customer base over the next 9 to 12 months to reach your OTE earnings level. There will be some assistance to build your area but the main development focus needs to come from you.

Who we're looking for

The ideal Field Sales rep will;

Have previous experience working as a Field Sales rep (or similar) .
Have managed an account portfolio before – ideally you can bring one with you.

Be able to display excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ideally you will already have extensive relationships with our target market in your area.

Your education level is not important but we do require a reasonable level of numeracy.

The ability to complete modest account administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner...
Most importantly we value integrity and a ‘will do attitude’!

We are a small but well established business providing a range of food and non-food products mainly to convenience stores. We also have a significant customer base with the forecourts and CTN. We have expanded at a reasonable pace over the last few years and wish to continue that expansion into the future.
