We currently have a truly exciting opportunity working for a large FMCG Manufacturing Company as a Sales Director- Foodservice/ Hotel/ B2B. Managing a team, you will bring fresh ideas and a contribution to the overall business strategy within the Foodservice/ Hotel/ B2B channel. 

 

  • You will develop and execute short, medium and long-term objectives  
  • Maintain and drive influential relationships with your Customers at Category Controller/Buying Director level and continue growing the brand through effective pricing and promotional strategies.  
  • Consistently analysing the market and economic status, ensuring the profit/ loss ratio is satisfactory
  • Working closely with supply chain to manage product demands
  • Responsible for the sales budget, ensuring effective spending and promotional activity
  • Maintaining cross functional relationships to reflect on all aspects of the business

 

We are looking for current National Account Controllers/Business Unit Leaders/ Account Directors that are looking for a challenge. Experience and knowledge of category and trade marketing would be advantageous as would a background in a Blue Chip FMCG Manufacturer. You will have experience of managing a top 4 grocery multiple/ Foodservice/ Discounter account. You must have a strong background of managing a team. Of graduate calibre, you will be a natural leader and possess the characteristics of a senior manager. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills and a good breadth of commercial awareness.
