Our client is a Global FMCG business, who has grown exponentially within the last five years. With further growth comes further opportunity and my client is now looking for a Senior Category Manager to manage a multipillion pound customer account. As Senior Category Manager you will:
  • Create, develop and drive a best in class category management service to increase sales and achieve customer business targets
  • Create and execute insight lead customer initiatives to grow Category
  • Customer level reporting and analysis to identify insight that drives business performance
  • Plan, lead and execute range updates and range reviews in line with business and customer objectives
  • Manage portfolio within your customer to drive category and sales
  • Provide input into the innovation process resulting in the development of a customer specific story for innovation and successfully implementation in line with distribution targets
  • Identify customer contact matrix and develop best in class category relationships to unlock category opportunities.




The ideal candidate will be an experienced category management professional with an indepth knowledge of the UK grocery multiples. You will be an expert in the translation of industry insight data from AC Nielsen, IRI, Kantar into actionable category plans. You will have excellent analytical skills along with excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills.
